ADVIK CAPITAL is one of the emerging Non-deposits taking Non- Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi. The Company is carrying on the Business of investing funds, assisting the financial accommodation by way of loans/advances to industrial concerns and undertaking the business of leasing and to finance lease operations of all kinds, purchasing, selling, hiring or letting on hire or all kinds of plant and machinery.

The Company holds a valid RBI Certificate of Registration. The Company is also a listed entity and trading its shares at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Limited).
History
The Company was incorporated as Quick Credit Limited on 14th Day of November 1985 and got registered with RBI as NBFC. The Company has undergone capital restructuring and vide High Court Order, the name of Company was changed From Quick Credit Limited to Du-Lite Industries Limited.
Further the Company has changed the name From Du-Lite Industries Limited to Advik Industries Limited w.e.f 24.02.2011.
As per the direction of RBI, New Delhi, the Company has changed its name from “Advik Industries Limited” to “Advik Capital Limited” w.e.f 07/07/2017.
MANAGING PERSONNEL
The Company is being managed under the supervision of Mr. Narendra Kumar Singhal, the Whole-time Director of the Company, brings over 45+ years of experience in banking, financial advisory and the stock market. His strong alignment with banking norms has been instrumental in maintaining governance stability. Under his leadership, the Company is poised to reach new heights, setting a benchmark in the financial sector and driving the organization's growth with a focus on excellence and regulatory adherence.

Advikca Finvest Limited: Further, in the year 2022, Our Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of Advikca Finvest Limited (CIN: U65900DL2022PLC406590) to deal in the securities market and investment consultants. Presently, our Company holds 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Advikca Finvest Limited (6 Equity Shares held by the Nominee Shareholders).
Advikca Finvest Limited is engaged in the business to deal in shares, securities, right interests, obligation in movable and immovable assets of all kinds, with infinite technology, advanced techniques and to acquirer, buy, sell, hold, trade, dispose of or otherwise deal in shares.
